Stephen M.R. CoveyStephen M.R. Covey is the former CEO of Covey Leadership Center, which, under his stewardship, became the largest leadership development company in the world. A Harvard MBA, he joined Covey Leadership Center as a client developer and later became national sales manager and then president and CEO.

Under Covey’s direction, the company grew rapidly and profitably, achieving Inc. 500 status and recognition. Covey personally led the strategy that propelled his father’s book, Dr. Stephen R. Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, to the number one best-selling business book of the 20th century according to CEO Magazine.

Oren HarariOren Harari, Ph.D., is a professor at the Graduate School of Business at the University of San Francisco. He does cutting-edge research on the most successful organizations and leaders today. In 2001, he was chosen as one of the 40 “best minds” in management in the world by the editors of Business Minds, published by the Financial Times (London). Mr. Harari is an energetic and charismatic presenter who is changing the way people do business with his provocative ideas on competitive advantage, organizational change and transformational leadership.

Dr. Harari’s most recent book is Break from the Pack: How to Compete in a Copycat Economy, which explores how to achieve competitive advantage in a global marketplace where all products are becoming commodities and all services are being imitated by others.

Mary AdamsMary Adams is the founder of Trek Consulting and has over 20 years of experience helping CEOs and CFOs conquer challenges such as growth, change, mergers and acquisitions. She has been a trusted advisor over the years to a diverse group of executives from early stage to mature companies in technology, services and traditional industry.

 

Dr. Ann BoharaDr. Ann Bohara is senior manager in Booz Allen Hamilton’s People Services Team. She supports the Director of Diversity in leading and managing initiatives to address issues of recruitment, retention and advancement for women and minorities within the firm as well as initiatives to address issues of climate and culture for Booz Allen as a multinational firm. She leads the newly established Women’s Core Team in Booz-Allen’s Commercial Business and guides Booz’s multinational initiatives through the Pan-European Advisory Council. Dr. Bohara also directs the Work/Life and Work Structure Project, which focuses on the problems of alternative and nonlinear career paths and of creating work/life balance in hyper competitive industries like management consulting.


Bob BrownBob Brown is the founder and managing director of Consulting Intelligence, LLC. He is a recognized authority on consultants, the consulting industry, the intelligent consulting management (ICM) approach and how organizations can get the best results from their consultants. He is often described as “THE consultant on consultants” or “The chief of the consulting police.”


Tom RodenhauserTom Rodenhauser is vice president of Kennedy's Consulting Division with overall responsibility for the company's research products and services and its newsletters. Mr. Rodenhauser also serves as editor of Consultants News (CN) and is a highly regarded writer on management advisory services. He has more than 22 years experience in consulting services, corporate marketing and development, and journalism. Prior to his role at Kennedy, Mr. Rodenhauser spent 10 years as founder and president of Consulting Information Services, where he focused exclusively on the management consulting and IT services industries, in the role of analyst, commentator, and advisor.


Jaynie SmithJaynie L. Jim HoranJim Horan is the president and CEO of the One Page Business Plan Company and author of The One Page Business Plan, the best-selling business planning book on Amazon.com. Horan founded the company in 1990 after nearly two decades in senior level financial positions with Shaklee Corporation and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Over the past 14 years, his company has helped thousands of businesses achieve sustainable cash flow and profit growth.

James A. AlexanderJames A. Alexander, Ed.D., is the founder of Alexander Consulting and is a renowned thought leader and the premier researcher, writer and speaker on the topic of professional services strategy. He has authored or coauthored dozens of articles, white papers, research reports and books. For seven years he served as AFSMI’s Vice President of Professional Services where he was tasked with identifying critical service trends and issues, defining benchmarks and best practices and clearly articulating this information to the business world.

Ken KetchKen Ketch is the founder of GroupMind Express. He has founded, managed and sold several manufacturing and retail companies and has served as CEO of two publicly traded companies.

Currently he is a partner in GroupMind Solutions, and president of Elements Manufacturing. As an organizational development consultant, he works with leaders to improve performance through visual cuing of data to build business literacy and alignment for the completion of initiatives.

Jim JenkinsJim Jenkins is a veteran of more than 20 years in the corporate world at such companies as AT&T, Nortel Networks and ProLink Services. He has also been on radio talk-shows such as On Your Side on WARX in Frederick, MD, and KFOG’s Morning Show in San Francisco.

 

R. Stephen RayfieldR. Stephen Rayfield is founder and president of ESIL, a marketing logistics consulting firm.
His business experience spans Fortune 100 corporations and international services where he gained extensive hands-on experience in marketing various products and services in a variety of real life situations. He coaches others to find the right marketing tools and techniques while creating solid marketing systems and executing key marketing projects. Prior to establishing ESIL (Exceptional Strategies Innovative Learning), he worked for Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd., Ralston Purina Canada Limited and General Mills.

Ford SaeksFord Saeks is the president and CEO of Prime Concepts Group, Inc. He is best known for positioning people and their products and services for profit through proven marketing and innovative publicity campaigns. For over twenty years, he has been actively involved in the successful growth and operation of multiple business ventures in a variety of industries.

 

Jess ScheerJess Scheer is a senior analyst with Kennedy Information. He has focused primarily on firm management issues and is the author of Fees, Utilization & Other Key Metrics (2006), and coauthor of Compensation in Consulting (2007) and Recruiting, Retention and Benefits in Consulting (2007). Mr. Scheer was previously editor of Consultants News and also served as editor of Public Accounting Report, the oldest newsletter serving accounting/tax/consulting firms. His coverage of the split of Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting was recognized by the Newsletter and Electronic Publishers’ Association as the year’s best analytical reporting.

Jacqueline WhitmoreJacqueline Whitmore is the founder of The Protocol School of Palm Beach, FL, and author of Business Class: Etiquette Essentials for Success at Work. Nationally recognized for her etiquette expertise, Whitmore is the holiday etiquette expert for Office Depot, the wireless etiquette spokesperson for Sprint, and the founder of National Cell Phone Courtesy Month in July. George GordonGeorge Gordon joined Enporion as chairman and CEO in July 2001. He is a 15-year veteran of B2B Internet trading exchanges having served previously as president and CEO of FastParts.com. He also co-founded and served as chairman and CEO of Datamatix, Inc., an electronic commerce trading exchange specializing in public sector procurement services. Before that, Gordon was the Chairman and CEO of SPD Technologies Inc., a company he established as a world leader in advanced shipboard electrical distribution, monitoring, control, and interior communication systems for the U.S. Navy's fleet of combatant ships.

Kelley P. MossburgKelley P. Mossburg is president and corporate general manager of the Schenck Company. Schenck was recently recognized as one of Central Florida’s top 10 privately owned revenue producers and Florida’s 95th largest privately owned business in the state as reported recently in Florida Trend. Kelley spent eight years as chief operating officer of CNL Holdings, Inc. and president of CNL Shared Services, Inc. Mr. Mossburg has over 25 years' experience in human resources and operations management with several Fortune 500 companies in industries including utilities, manufacturing, consumer products, petroleum, retail and restaurants.

Mahen SanghrajkaMahen Sanghrajka is CEO and president of Big Five Tours & Expeditions, a Florida-based tour operator specializing in luxury, individualized programs to more than four dozen exotic destinations worldwide. Founded in 1973, the company has grown under his direction from an African safari outfitter to an award-winning international operator with journeys to Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Orient, Australia and the Polar Regions.
